Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → The Hearth → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

I cancelled by accident — can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, find the purchase, and request a refund. Apple decides.

I subscribed but the app still shows me as Wanderer.
Open the app → Settings → tap "Restore purchases". If still wrong, sign out and back in. If still wrong after that, email us with your Apple ID email and we'll investigate.

I forgot my password.
Sign-in screen → "Forgot password" → enter your email → tap the link in the email. If the email doesn't arrive within 5 minutes, check spam, then email us.

How do I delete my account?
Settings → Delete Account. This is irreversible — all your readings, Grimoire entries, and conversations are permanently removed.
